300-Hour 2019

No matter how much cool stuff you learn, there’s infinitely more cool stuff out there. It’s like reading a book you don’t want to end but it’s fine because there’s an even better sequel waiting for you at any time.

That’s what spiritual growth is like. Spiritual upgrades are ALWAYS worth it. The cooler your life gets, the more you’re able to use it to enhance others’ lives, too. Whether you’re stuck or love everything about your life, yoga makes it better. If you could choose between great and spectacular, which would you take?
